Effective date: August 17, 2026
Zygon, LLC (“Zygon,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates the Zygon Academy web application at zygonacademy.com, the Zygon mobile apps for iOS and Android, ZAIA (our AI coaching assistant), and our websites including zygon.net and other various websites that talk about Zygon programs. We call these the “Services.”
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to delete your data.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
You give us:
We collect automatically:
Third parties give us:
We use this information to create and maintain your account, deliver the Services, save your progress across devices, process purchases and subscriptions, provide support, send service messages such as receipts and security alerts, send marketing email if you have opted in, improve the Services and fix bugs, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations such as tax records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
ZAIA is an AI coaching assistant. Because people bring personal material to coaching, we want to be specific.
If you enter health-related or other sensitive information into the Services, you are choosing to share it with us, and we handle it under this policy.
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Services — keeping you signed in, maintaining session security, and remembering your preferences. These cannot be switched off, because the Services will not function without them.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
You can block cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Services will stop working if you do.
We share personal information only in these situations:
You can delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to contact support first.
Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address on your account.
If you cannot send from that address, tell us what you can — we may ask for other details to confirm the account is yours, because deleting the wrong person’s account cannot be undone.
We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. There is no cost, and we will not ask you to explain why.
To remove Zygon’s access to your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Zygon → Remove.
Removing the app stops Facebook sending us further information, but it does not delete the data we already hold. To delete that, use either method above.
Your profile, account details, program history and progress, saved preferences, ZAIA conversation history, notes, marketing preferences, and support correspondence.
Email [email protected] to ask us to delete a specific category of data — your ZAIA conversation history, for example — without closing your account.
Cancelling a subscription stops billing but keeps your account and history. Deleting your account ends your access to purchased content and cannot be undone. Deleting your Zygon account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription — cancel that through the store you bought it from:
You may request access to the information we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, a portable copy of your data, or withdrawal of consent you previously gave. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
We will never deny you service, charge you more, or give you a lower-quality experience for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We verify identity by confirming you control the email address on the account, and respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
California residents: the categories of information we collect are identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and device activity, approximate geolocation, and content you provide — collected for the purposes in Section 2 and disclosed only to the recipients in Section 5. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly do so for anyone under 18. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we answer appeals within 45 days.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the same rights described above.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, access limited to personnel who need it for their role, and regular review of our providers’ security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
The Services are not directed to children. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your own country. For personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect.
